Big Beach Cafe is run by Dan Stockland, a classically trained and qualified chef; a true cook with a career that spans more than 20 years working in a diverse range of environments, from opening Conran’s ‘Bluebird Café’ in Chelsea, to touring with the world's top artists and bands, including Eminem, Kanye West, Coldplay and Robbie Williams. More recently Dan was head chef at 'Fillet of Soul' bistro in Cornwall, and was the personal chef to a French Count!
